Finding a home
Being given the opportunity to find a home for a client is a responsibility that will require me to:
A. Know the general area where house wants to be purchased.
B. The specific needs of the buyer.
C. The buyers amenities desired.
D. Knowing the price that is willing to be paid by the buyer.
E. Looking at every possible house that would meet the criteria and finding the best houses that will satisfy the buyers.
F. Creating a relationship with the sellers agent and understanding their expectation of a buyer.
G. Do a showing of the homes and point out the features that will interest the buyers.
H. Then get feedback from the buyers about potential interest in a specific home.
I. Taking the information from the buyer. Writing an offer that will represent the buyers commitment to purchase the home.
J. Come to an agreement between the buyer and seller.
K. Finalize the purchase of the dream home of the buyer.
Buyer Services
Knowledge of the current market is a key in being able to inform your buyer of the value and the supply of homes that will ultimately be available to purchase. At a price point with all the needs of a buyer being met at a price that is willing to be paid. Communication is a key factor in being able to find the buyer the house that will best fulfill their needs at a price the buyer and seller can agree on.
